Overview
The draft amendment proposes to insert a site-specific qualification to allow Visitor Accommodation at 6 Johnsons Beach Road, Penguin.
The permit provides for the:
- Demolition of existing buildings; and
- Construction of 40 short stay apartments and 21 three bedroom holiday cabins, a café/restaurant, a function centre with ancillary tennis court, car parking and managers residence.
