The Commission must ensure it complies with Public Health best practice guidelines in managing the safety of the public and staff as well as Departmental directions for safety of staff and visitors to its premises.

Requirements for attending the Commission office including for a hearing, and hearings at external venues may change in the event there is a higher COVID alert level.
