Overview

The draft amendment proposes:

a. to rezone the land at:

  • 25 William Street, 2-11,13 Dylan Street, 1-13 Melinda Court, and part of 12,14 and 15-17 Dylan Street and 69 Brighton Road to General Residential;
  • 12,14 and 15-17 Dylan Street to Rural;
  • Part of 33 Elderslie Road to Local Business; and
  • Part of 69 Brighton Road to Environmental Management.

b. to amend the priority vegetation area overlay on Dylan Street, Melinda Court, 69 Brighton Road and 33 Elderslie Road;

c. to extend the Brighton Highway Services Precinct Specific Area Plan over the land at 12,14 and 15-17 Dylan Street;

d. to apply the South Brighton Specific Area Plan to 69 Brighton Road, 33 Elderslie Road, 25 & 27 William Street, and 1-11,13 Dylan Street and 1-13 Melinda Court, and parts of 12, 15-17 Dylan Street; and

e. to amend the provisions of Brighton Highway Services Precinct Specific Area Plan.
