Overview
The draft amendment, in relation to the land known as Lot 2 Golf Links Road, Wynyard, proposes to:
- rezone part of the land from Agriculture to Low Density Residential;
- rezone the remaining part of the land from Agriculture to Environmental Management;
- apply the Natural Assets Code’s priority vegetation area overlay to parts of the land; and
- remove a section of the coastal refugia overlay from the land.
The permit provides for a 12-lot subdivision and associated works.
