State Policies Panels

The Commission may delegate a panel to assess a new draft State Policy or a proposed amendment to a State Policy under section 8 of the Tasmanian Planning Commission Act 1997. This panel is subject to the assessment requirements of the State Policies and Projects Act 1993 and the Ministerial Direction in relation to the assessment.
