The Panel for the Kangaroo Bay Hotel Major Project has determined the assessment criteria in accordance with section 60ZM of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 (the Act).
The next stage in the process is that the proponent will prepare and submit a Major Project Impact Statement. The Panel will then assess the project against the assessment criteria along with other requirements of the Act.
