The Minister for Planning has made amendment 03-2024 of the SPPs.
Minor amendments are made under section 30NA of the Land Use Planning and Approval Act 1993 and do not require public exhibition.
The Commission provided its opinion on whether the criteria for minor amendments are met to the Minister on 18 October 2024. This advice is available on the Commission's website.
The amendments take effect from 25 December 2024.
