Overview

The draft amendment proposes to:

  • Change the subdivision category of 63 Charles Street (FR 216581/1) and 77 Charles Street (FR 202825/1), Squeaking Point, from Rural Living Zone D to Rural Living Zone A
  • Change the subdivision category of the adjoining road reserve from Rural Living Zone D to Rural Living Zone A
  • Change the subdivision category of 39 Charles Street (FR 66812/2) Squeaking Point, from Rural Living Zone D to Rural Living Zone A, and
  • Insert a Site-specific Qualification (SSQ) to control the layout of any subsequent subdivision of 63 Charles Street (FR 216581/1).

The permit provides for a 12 lot subdivision of 63 and 77 Charles Street, Squeaking Point.
