The draft amendment proposes to:
- apply the Light Industrial and Open Space zones to part of 135 Bell Bay Road, Bell Bay (folio of the Register 154929/1) and the adjoining road reserves;
- apply the Port and Marine zone to part of the Crown land adjacent to 135 Bell Bay Road, Bell Bay (folio of the Register 154929/1); and
- apply the Priority Vegetation Area overlay to part of 135 Bell Bay Road, Bell Bay (folio of the Register 154929/1).
