Overview
The draft amendment proposed to modify GLE-P2.0 Particular Purpose Zone - Technopark to:
- revise the zone purpose statements and insert new definitions;
- modify and insert new uses;
- modify standards for amenity;
- increase the building height allowed from 8m to 12m; and
- reword the provisions to reflect the writing style of the Tasmanian Planning Scheme.
