Updated Owner’s Consent Form
An updated Owner’s Consent Form is now available on the Commission’s website.
Owners’ consent is required for requests relating to amendments to planning schemes or Local Provisions Schedules and for combined permit applications. The updated form reflects the relevant current and former provisions of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993.
The changes are relatively minor and clarify the requirements for obtaining the consent of all owners and the information and supporting evidence required where a person signs on behalf of an owner. Minor drafting and formatting changes have also been made.
The updated form should be used for all new matters.
