The Commission has endorsed a revised Access, Recording & Transcription Policy for Commission hearings.
The policy outlines the Commission’s approach to managing access to recordings and transcriptions of hearings and regulating participation of parties attending in person, by phone or online via MS Teams. The revisions focus on providing clarification for managing requests for access to recordings.
The policy applies to all public hearings conducted by the Commission.
