The Minister for Planning has made minor amendment 04-2026 of the SPPs.
Minor amendments are made under section 30NA of the Land Use Planning and Approval Act 1993 and do not require public exhibition.
The Commission provided its opinion on whether the criteria for minor amendments are met to the Minister on 10 August 2026, which is available on the Commission's website.
The amendments take effect from 7 September 2026.
