Its purpose is to provide guidance on Commission processes relating to:
- the commencement of the Tasmanian Planning Policies (TPPs) (PDF, 3.2 MB)
- the declaration and effect of the Southern Tasmania Regional Land Use Strategy 2026 (STRLUS 2026)
- implications for current and future assessments of draft Local Provision Schedule (LPS) amendments under the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993; and
- proposed legislative amendments
