    Amendment - AMD03-24
    Description - Apply the Rural Living Zone A to 11 Upper McEwans Road, Legana, remove the WTA-S3.0 Residential Supply and Density Specific Area Plan from part of the site and insert site-specific qualifications WTA-11.2, WTA-11.3 and WTA-11.4.
    Decision - Approved.

  • Tasmanian Planning Scheme - Flinders
    Amendment - AM-2025-01
    Description - Remove FLI-S3.0 Coastal Areas Specific Area Plan from various properties.
    Decision - Reject and direct the planning authority to submit a substantially modified part of the draft amendment.

  • Tasmanian Planning Scheme - Flinders
    Section 40B review - planning authority’s decision to refuse the request to amend the Flinders Local Provisions Schedule (amendment AM2025-02 and permit DA2023-038)
    Description - Rezone Certificates of Title 120064/1, 215120/1 & 230282/1 (PID 3513143), part of the ‘Markarna Park’ property at 368 Five Mile Jim Road, Memana, from Landscape Conservation to Rural.
    Decision - Direct the planning authority to reconsider whether to prepare the draft amendment.

  • Tasmanian Planning Scheme - Southern Midlands
    Section 40B review - planning authority’s decision to refuse the request to amend the Southern Midlands Local Provisions Schedule (amendment and permit DA2500/105)
    Description - Insert a site-specific qualification (SSQ) to provide for vehicle fuel sales and service use and development to be considered at 20 Interlaken Road, Oatlands folio of the Register 44807/6
    Decision - Direct planning authority to reconsider whether to prepare the draft amendment.
    Decision date - 22 April 2026
  • Tasmanian Planning Scheme - Hobart
    Amendment - Hobart - Macquarie Point Project of State Significance Order 2025 Amendment.
    Description - Amend the relevant planning scheme (Tasmanian Planning Scheme - Hobart) to reflect the terms of the Order.
    Decision - The amendment is made under section 27A of the State Policies and Projects Act 1993.
    Decision date - 24 April 2026
