  • The draft amendment relates to Lot 2 Golf Links Road, Wynyard and proposes to rezone part of the land from Agriculture to Low Density Residential and the remaining land to Environmental Management, apply the Natural Assets Code priority vegetation area overlay to parts of the site, and remove a section of the coastal refugia overlay. The permit provides for a 12-lot residential subdivision and associated service upgrades over the land at 8 Inglisdale Drive, Wynyard and the adjoining Council-owned footway.
