Planning Authority SPP Amendment Reports - section 35G of LUPAA
- The Commission has delegated to John Ramsay, Claire Hynes and Dan Ford, its powers under 35G to review and advise on the merit of the opinions provided by planning authorities on changes to the State Planning Provisions.
- The review will consider the advice from the Brighton, Circular Head, Glamorgan Spring Bay, Glenorchy, Kingborough, Tasman and West Tamar planning authorities.

Five Yearly Review of Local Provisions Schedules - section 35P of LUPAA
- The Commission has delegated its powers to the Executive Commissioner to manage the processes undertaken by a planning authority to review its Local Provisions Schedule and provide recommendations to the Minister in relation to the outcomes of the review.

Five Yearly Review of Local Provisions Schedules - section 35P of LUPAA - Practice Note
- The Commission approved a Practice Note on the processes to be followed by planning authorities in conducting the five yearly review of its Local Provisions Schedule.

Description - Apply the Low Density Residential Zone to part 30 Merino Street, Kings Meadows and apply the Natural Assets Code - priority vegetation overlay to part of the site.
