The Commission has provided advice to the Premier that proposed draft amendment 01-25 to the State Coastal Policy (the State Policy) constitutes a significant change to the State Policy. The Commission’s advice responded to a direction from the Premier and Minister for Administering the State Policies and Projects Act 1993 (the Act), in accordance with section 15A(2) of the Act.
