The Commission has implemented a new policy that explains how we obtain and use personal information received in representations and submissions during assessment and review processes.

The policy describes what personal information will or will not be published on the Commission’s website and other relevant matters.

This new policy supplements the Department of Justice Personal Information Protection Policy, which the Commission continues to adopt.
