- The draft amendment proposes to review various provisions relating to electricity transmission corridors, subdivision, employment training centres and home-based child care

Tasmanian Planning Scheme - Glenorchy - Draft amendment PLAM-24-01
- The draft amendment proposes to insert a new specific area plan (SAP), being the Cadbury Visitor Experience SAP at 100 Cadbury Road, Claremont (the site) and apply the associated overlay. The draft amendment also proposes to insert a new Applied, Adopted or Incorporated Document in Annexure 2 of the Glenorchy Local Provisions Schedule.
