- The draft amendment proposes to apply the Light Industrial and General Industrial zones at Boyer Road, Boyer.

Tasmanian Planning Scheme - Northern Midlands - Draft amendment 19-2025 and permit PLN-25-0088
- The draft amendment proposes to insert site-specific qualifications NOR-21.1 and NOR-30.1 to allow for separation of the Agriculture Zone and Future Urban Zone on one title at 5 Eskleigh Road, Perth. The land is divided by the Midland Highway. The permit provides for a two lot subdivision of the land.

Tasmanian Planning Scheme - State Planning Provisions - Draft amendment 05-2025

Tasmanian Planning Scheme - Launceston - Draft amendment PSA-LLP0021 and permit DA0140/2024
- The draft amendment proposes proposes to rezone the land known as 40768 Tasman Highway, Waverley (folio of the Register 104384/2) and the adjoining subdivision road (folio of the Register 104384/4) from Rural to Rural Living A. The permit would allow for subdivision of the land into 23 lots and a new road.
