State Policies and Projects (Macquarie Point Precinct) Order Amendment 2025
The Commission has delegated it powers and functions under section 27A of the State Policies and Projects Act 1993 to John Ramsay and Alex Brownlie.
The purpose of the delegation is to amend the Tasmanian Planning Scheme – Hobart, to remove any inconsistency between the Scheme and the State Policies and Projects (Macquarie Point Precinct) Order 2025.
