The Minister for Planning has issued Planning Directive No. 11 - Application of Attenuation Code - King Island. The planning directive replaces Interim Planning Directive 8. It applies provisions related to the State Planning Provisions Attenuation Code to the King Island Interim Planning Scheme 2013.
Planning Directive No. 11 is effective from Wednesday, 31 July 2024.
