- The draft amendment proposes to apply the Light Industrial and Open Space zones to part of 135 Bell Bay Road, Bell Bay and the adjoining road reserves; apply the Port and Marine Zone to part of the Crown land adjacent to 135 Bell Bay Road; and apply the Priority Vegetation Area overlay to part of 135 Bell Bay Road, Bell Bay.

Amendment - AM-LAT-4-2023
Description - Apply the Agriculture Zone and remove the Natural Assets Code - priority vegetation overlay to the several properties at Victor Street, Cotton Street and Hamilton Street, Latrobe.
