The Tasmanian Planning Commission invites representations (written submissions) on draft Planning Directive No. 10 – Exemption for Display Homes.

The public exhibition runs from 2 August until 13 September 2023.

Comments can be made in writing to the Commission during the exhibition period. Please email your comments to: tpc@planning.tas.gov.au or post to the Tasmanian Planning Commission, GPO Box 1691, Hobart 7001.

Please note, the Minister for Planning has issued Interim Planning Directive No. 7 – Exemption for Display Homes, which was effective from 19 July 2023. For further information, please see the Department of Premier and Cabinet’s State Planning Office website.
