Assessment Delegations - At its meeting on 6 March last, the Commission delegated:
Northern Midlands Local Provision Schedule - Amendment 01-2022 to NOR-S.1.0 Translink SAP assessment to Michael Hogan and Anthony Ferrier.
Flinders Local Provision Schedule – Amendments AM2022-01, AM2022-05 and AM2022-07 to rezone lots at Lady Barron Road and Whitemark and Lady Barron Urban Development SAP assessment to Ann Cunningham, Diane Cowen and Dan Ford.
Devonport Local Provision Schedule - Amendment 2022-02 and Permit PA2022-0092 - amendment and permit assessment remove the Devonport Homemaker Service Industrial Centre Specific Area Plan from the Devonport Local Provisions Schedule, and insert the Devonport Regional Homemaker Centre Specific Area Plan over the land at 1 Friend Street, Devonport. The permit provides for General Retail and Hire (Supermarket and other retail), Food Services, Business and Professional Services, Bulky Goods Sales, Service Industry and Signage at 5 Friend Street, Devonport. Delegates are Roger Howlett, Kevin Hazell and Michael Hogan.
