State Planning Provisions amendment and Planning Directives
The Minister for Planning has made amendment 01-2021 of the State Planning Provisions (SPPs) as a minor amendment under the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 (the Act).
The Minister has also issued a modified Planning Directive No.8 and a modified Planning Directive No.5.1 to align them with relevant parts of amendment 01-2021.
Amendment 01-2021 of the SPPs and the modified Planning Directive No.8 and Planning Directive No.5.1 all became effective from 20 July 2022.
