Delegations
At its meeting on 4 June last, the Commission delegated the assessment of the following matters:
TPS Clarence LPS - John Ramsay, Nicholas Heath, Michael Hogan and Rohan Probert to assess draft amendments PDPSAMEND-20210022801, PDPSAMEND-20210022802, PDPSAMEND-20210022803, PDPSAMEND-20210022804 and PDPSAMEND-20210022807.
TPS Tasman LPS - Ann Cunningham, Claire Hynes and Dan Ford to assess draft amendment AM-TAS-1-2022.
TPS Glenorchy LPS - Dianne Cowen, Dan Ford and Nicholas Heath to assess draft amendment PLAM 21-03 .
TPS Devonport LPS - Ann Cunningham, Dianne Cowen and Dan Ford to assess draft amendment AM2021.02.
Kingborough IPS - Michael Hogan, Rohan Probert and Rob Nolan to assess draft amendment PSA-2021-2.
New Bridgewater Bridge Permit MPP2201 - Michael Hogan and Rohan Probert to determine requirements in the permit for Commission approvals and Commission powers to amend the major project permit to correct mistakes, make minor amendments, and make amendments so that the permit is consistent with an EPN.
New Bridgewater Bridge - Planning Scheme Amendments - The TPC Executive Commissioner delegated powers to make any required amendments to planning schemes.
