Delegations and Appointments

At its meeting on 5 September last, the Commission delegated the following matters and appointed a Development Assessment Panel.

Launceston Interim Planning Scheme 2015 - Roger Howlett, Dan Ford and Pam Allan to assess Draft Amendment 69 and Draft permit DA0537-2021 concerning land at 11-45 Abels Hill Road, St Leonards;

Launceston Interim Planning Scheme 2015 - John Ramsay, Kevin Hazell and Dan Ford to assess Draft Amendment 71 and Permit DA076-2021 concerning land at 27-99 Opossum Road, Kings Meadows;

Tasmanian Planning Scheme – West Tamar - Ann Cunningham, Claire Hynes and Paul West to assess Draft Amendment 02/22 concerning  zoning changes to 66 properties;

Northern Midlands Interim Planning Scheme 2013 - Ann Cunningham and Robin Nolan to assess Draft Amendment 04-2022 concerning land at 7 Wellington Street, Longford;

Tasmanian Planning Scheme – Central Coast - Michael Hogan and Nick Heath to assess Draft Amendment LPS2022002 concerning land at 131 Cuprona Road, Heybridge;

Tasmanian Planning Scheme – Central Coast - Roger Howlett, Dan Ford and Rohan Probert to assess Draft Amendment LPS 2022001 and Permit DA2022010 concerning land at 141816/1 South Road, West Ulverstone;

Major Infrastructure Development - North West Transmissions Upgrades Project – Roger Howlett, Max Kitchell, Michael Hogan and Sarah Munks to assess use and development of a 220kBV overhead electricity line, transmission towers, ancillary facilities and substations in north west Tasmania;

Major Project – North East Wind - Ann Cunningham, Max Kitchell, Michael Hogan and Richard Jamieson have been appointed as the Development Assessment Panel to undertake the assessment of the North East Wind Major Project

Delegates - Alex Brownlie and Kevin Hazell have been appointed Senior Planning Consultants (Casual) and will also act as Delegates.
