Delegations

At its meeting on 14 November last, the Commission delegated the following matters:

Derwent Valley Interim Planning Scheme – Delegate to Claire Hynes, Nick Heath and Alex Brownlie to assess draft amendment PSA 2021/6 to rezone lots 5 and 6 Poulters Road, New Norfolk from Low Density Residential Zone and Rural Living Zone to General Residential Zone, and insert The Mills Residential Estate Specific Area Plan on the land.

Flinders Planning Scheme 2000 – Delegate to John Ramsay, Dan Ford and Claire Hynes to assess Section 109 request under the Local Government (Building and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1993 on various lots at Palana Road, Palana.

Tasmanian Planning Scheme – Meander Valley – Delegate to Claire Hynes and Dan Ford to assess draft amendment 1-2022 to rezone a portion of Blackstone Park, Blackstone Heights  (folio of the Register 141734/1) from the Open Space Zone to the Environmental Management Zone and the Low Density Residential Zone.

Tasmanian Planning Scheme – Glenorchy –Delegate to Dan Ford and Claire Hynes to assess draft amendment PLS43A-21-02 and permit PLS43A-21-02 to partially rezone land at 32 Cheviot Road, West Moonah from the Community Purpose Zone to the General Residential Zone and a 19 lot subdivision at 32 Cheviot Road and 3 and 5 Ransley Court, West Moonah.

Tasmanian Planning Scheme - Devonport – Delegate to Rob Nolan, Dan Ford and Max Kitchell to assess draft amendment AM 2022.01 and permit PA2022.0024 to remove folio of the Register 249880/1 from the Devonport Reserved Residential Land Specific Area Plan; apply the Open Space Zone to folios of the Register 249880/1 and 198366/1;realign the Community Purpose and General Residential zones; and remove the Priority Vegetation Area overlay (in whole or part) from folios of the Register 15534/23, 104380/1, 69003/1, 69003/2, and 198366/1, and a 7 lot subdivision.

Northern Midlands Interim Planning Scheme – Delegate to Claire Hynes and Dan Ford to assess draft amendment 03-2022 and permit PLN-22-0056 to partially rezone Lot 1 Drummond Street, Perth from the Rural Resource Zone to the General Residential Zone and a 2 lot subdivision.
