Revisions have been made to Practice Note 9 to reflect recent changes to legislation.
The changes relate to:
- those parts of a draft Local Provisions Schedule (LPS) on which a representation may not be made; and
- consideration of whether proposed modifications to an LPS are substantial modifications.
