New Practice Notes 12 and 13, and revised Practice Note 2

New Practice Notes for amending LPSs and revisions for urgent amendments have been released. Practice Note 12 - Local Provisions Schedule Amendments and Practice Note 13 - Local Provisions Schedule Amendments and Combined Permits relate to Local Provisions Schedules following their approval.

Revisions have been made to Practice Note 2 - Urgent Amendments to reflect the current approach to requests for urgent amendments.
