Issue of Practice Note 11

The Commission has issued Practice Note 11 – Substantial modification to part of a draft Local Provisions Schedule. This provides guidance following a direction for the planning authority to substantial modify a part of a draft Local Provisions Schedule (LPS) under section 35K(1)(c) of the Act.
