While the Commission’s hearings are held public, unless you are appearing before the Commission, you are encouraged to consider whether it is necessary to attend the hearing.
You may be asked to participate by telephone or video link in the interests of managing the spread of the COVID-19.
If attending a hearing, you will be expected to observe social distancing guidelines recommended by the Director of Public Health, including limiting physical contact and maintaining a distance of 1.5m from others. You may be asked to be seated in designated areas or to stay outside the hearing until your appearance is required.
