Overview
Local Provisions Schedules (LPSs), together with the State Planning Provisions (SPPs), form the Tasmanian Planning Scheme for a municipal area. The Commission undertakes an assessment of a draft LPS to determine if it meets the LPS criteria under section 34 of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993.
The Commission has completed its assessment of the Waratah-Wynyard LPS. The decision for Waratah Wynyard Local Provisions Schedule approval [2023] TASPComm 3 (6 February 2023) is available on the Austlii website.
