Overview
The draft amendment proposes to apply a new Site-specific Qualification (SSQ) to 124 Channel Highway, Taroona (FR 152556/2). The SSQ would provide for additional discretionary uses to be considered on the site, including:
- Business and Professional Services;
- Food Services;
- General Retail and Hire; and
- Education and Occasional Care.
The permit allows the use of the existing building on the site to be changed to a medical centre.
