Overview
The substantially modified draft amendment proposes to remove FLI-S3.0 Coastal Areas Specific Area Plan from:
- properties at Killiecrankie and Palana with the Low Density Residential Zone that are also subject to FLI-S1.0 Coastal Settlement Specific Area Plan
- Pats River, Whitemark Airport and properties at Bluff Road
- Pot Boil Road, Lady Barron
- Bootjack Drain, Lady Barron, and
- Samphire River, Badger Corner.
The substantially modified draft amendment also proposes to modify the written provisions of the FLI-S3.0 Coastal Areas Specific Area Plan to introduce a definition for site coverage, and to include performance criteria at clause FLI-S3.7.2 to allow consideration of site coverage greater than 300m2. This includes modification of the objective of clause FLI-S3.7.2 to reflect the proposed changes.
