Planning schemes now available on the Commission’s website

Planning schemes are now published on the Commission’s website. You can find the current version of the State Planning Provisions (SPPs), all Local Provisions Schedules (LPSs) and the Interim Planning Schemes (IPSs) that are in effect on the following webpages:

The Commission’s website also provides links to archived versions of the SPPs, and planning schemes and associated documents that are no longer in effect, for historical reference. These can be found on this webpage:

These electronic documents are available in a bookmarked and searchable PDF format.

The Commission iPlan website (www.iplan.tas.gov.au) url will be removed on 30 June 2023. The Commission is working towards delivering a new and improved online platform for publishing planning schemes, in conjunction with the PlanBuild Tasmania project, in early 2024.
