Requirements for attending the Commission office, including for a hearing

The Commission must ensure it complies with Public Health requirements in managing the safety of the public and staff arising from
COVID-19 as well as Departmental directions for safety of staff and visitors to its premises.

Requirements for attending the Commission office including for a hearing, and hearings at external venues are set out below:

  • Any person who wishes to attend the Commission office must be fully vaccinated.
  • You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccination status when you arrive at the Commission office.
  • If you wish to attend a hearing and you are not vaccinated or you do not wish to disclose your vaccination status, you must advise the Commission before the hearing date.
  • The Commission will make arrangements for you to appear by telephone or video conference (MS Teams).

Lauren O’Brien has been appointed to the Commission as a Planning Adviser commencing on 25 April 2022.
