Overview
The State Planning Provisions (SPPs) together with Local Provisions Schedules (LPSs) form the Tasmanian Planning Scheme for a municipal area. This is an assessment of an amendment to the SPPs to determine if it meets the SPP criteria under the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993.
Draft amendment 01-2024 of the SPPs proposes to provide greater operational clarity for the application of the Coastal Erosion Hazard Code (C10.0), Coastal Inundation Hazard Code (C11.0), and Landslip Hazard Code (C15.0).
