Overview
The draft amendment proposes to modify Appendix 1 - Referenced and Incorporated Documents to update the listed date for the following incorporated documents:
- the Kingborough Public Open Space Contribution Policy, Policy 6.3, dated May 2019 to November 2021; and
- Kingborough Biodiversity Offset Policy 6.10, dated November 2016 to August 2022.
The draft amendment also proposes to correct the referencing to the policies in the text of the planning scheme.
