Assessment Delegations
At its meeting on 3 April 2023, the Commission delegated:
Northern Midlands Local Provision Schedule Amendments 03-2023, 04-2023, 05-2023, 06-2023, 07-2023 various zone and Airport Noise Overlay assessments to Ann Cunningham and Roger Howlett.
Alteration of authorised versions of Electronic Planning Instruments under Section 80O of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993, in accordance with approved Assessment and Determination Guidelines, to the Executive Commissioner, Senior Planning Consultants and GIS Officers, as specified in the Guidelines.
