The Commission has recently issued the following delegations:
King Island Interim Planning Scheme 2013 - draft amendment PSA 01-2023 and permit DA 2023-06
The proposed amendment is to apply the Utilities Zone to part of King Island Airport, 45 Morrison Avenue, Loorana, folio of the Register 246774/1.
The permit is to subdivide the land into:
- a 2 hectare lot, to be zoned Utilities; and
- a balance lot of 13.2 hectares, to retain the Rural Resource zoning.
The permit also allows for two storage sheds, each with a floor area of 277.5m2, and vehicle parking. Plans indicate the sheds would be used predominately for vehicle storage with three externally accessed storage units on each end of the buildings.
