Tasmanian Planning Scheme - Brighton - AM-BRI-RZ-2023-05
- The draft amendment proposes to rezone various properties from Rural Living Zone A to the Future Urban Zone and to remove the Urban Rural Interface Specific Area Plan from various properties.

Tasmanian Planning Scheme - Central Coast - AM-CCO-LPS2023002
- The draft amendment proposes to modify CCO-S5.0 Turners Beach Specific Area Plan (SAP) to:
- amend and add to CCO-S5.1 Plan Purpose;
- delete and revise content in CCO-S5.2 Local Area Objectives;
- amend Use Classes and qualifications in all categories of CCO-S5.5 Use Table;
- amend the objective of CCO-S5.7.1 Building height; and
- amend Acceptable Solutions and Performance Criteria in the standards under CCO-S5.7 Development Standards for Buildings and Works.
