Delegations
Clarence - The Commission delegated the assessment of Clarence LPS draft amendment PDPSAMEND-2019/001707 to Roger Howlett (as Chair), Michael Hogan and Dianne Cowen. The draft amendment seeks to insert CLA- S23.0 Aran Eco–Development Specific Area Plan over the land at 18 Downhams Road, Risdon Vale; and include a site- specific qualification.
Commission Decisions
The Commission published on its website two decisions :
- Glenorchy - AP-GLE-PLAM-21-02 to rezone 26A Tregear Street Moonah from Community Purpose to Inner Residential. A permit provides for 4 multiple dwellings.
- Derwent Valley - AM-DER-PSA-2021-1 insert Storage as a discretionary use class in 13.0 Rural Living Zone with qualification to allow for contractors yard at 42 Black Hills Road, Magra
