The Commission must ensure it complies with Public Health requirements in managing the safety of the public and staff arising from COVID-19 as well as Departmental directions for safety of staff and visitors to its premises.

Requirements for attending the Commission office including for a hearing, and hearings at external venues, are set out below.

  • Any person who wishes to attend the Commission office must be fully vaccinated and wear a mask in a public place such as a hearing room.
  • PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccination status when you arrive at the Commission office.
  • If you wish to attend a hearing and you are not vaccinated or you do not wish to disclose your vaccination status, you must advise the Commission before the hearing date.
  • The Commission will make arrangements for you to appear by telephone or video conference.
