Part of the Brighton draft Local Provisions Schedule (LPS) has been substantially modified. The substantially modified part is on public exhibition from Monday 13 July until Friday 11 September 2020.
The substantially modified part of the draft LPS and related documents are available on the Brighton Council and the Commission’s website.
You can make a representation to Brighton Council during the exhibition period.
