Overview
Draft Planning Directive No.10 proposes to insert an exemption for display homes, enabling an existing dwelling to be used as a display home for up to 3 years without requiring a planning permit.
The planning directive would apply to all municipalities operating under interim planning schemes, including Kentish, King Island, George Town, Break O’Day, Kingborough, Hobart, Derwent Valley, and Huon Valley interim planning schemes, and the Sullivans Cove Planning Scheme 1997.
