Major Project permits
The Commission assesses and approves plans and reports required by major project permits and permits for major infrastructure developments.
Permits granted for major projects and major infrastructure developments can require the permit holder to provide reports or plans to the satisfaction of the Commission before some or all of the use or development and works start.
Major project permits may also be amended from time to time. Upcoming permit amendments and decisions made in the past two months can be found under the current assessment and hearings listings.
