Overview
The draft amendment proposes to amend the text provisions of the Northern Midlands Interim Planning Scheme 2013 Particular Purpose Zone - Future Residential Zone, as follows:
- Delete clause 32.4.2 A1 No subdivision
- Insert clause 32.4.2 A1 No subdivision, except on folio of the Register 14961/1 in accordance with PLN-20-0071
The permit provides for a 2 lot subdivision at 2A Saundridge Road, Cressy.
